Caltex Singapore, 2021

What new value can we unlock for our everyday motorists before electrification pose significant threat to the business?
Taking on a human-centered approach towards defining the goals and bounds of website revamp, we went through a series of discovery sessions and workshops with the regional stakeholders.
The aim is to establish a co-creation culture with the client and stakeholders as we embark on the journey of this revamp where alignment of priorities and ideas are done collaboratively instead of silos.
Scope
- Client Management
- Stakeholder Interviews
- Design Thinking Workshops
- Feature Prioritisation
- Vision Journey
- Creative Direction
- User Experience Design
- User Interface Design
“Design Thinking challenged our mindsets to come freely and solve customer centric problems through ideation.”

OUTCOME
More than 66 ideas were conceived during the Design Thinking Workshop.
To help the client gain a deeper understanding of the Design Thinking process, workshop participants participated in a voting round to identify the most promising ideas. These selected ideas were then visualized into the Caltex Vision Journey, a tangible format that presents a narrative based on our customer profiles as they experience the new end-to-end Caltex journey.
